Please follow the instructions for your safety during your stay:
– To avoid fires, please smoke only in designated areas (in front of the main entrance, designated smoking area on the beach).

– Always keep your hotel room locked and close the windows and balcony door when leaving.

Access to the hotel is provided by lift and barrier lift. A pool lift is available for disabled guests to move around the hotel. This service is free of charge. Our staff will assist you on request. Please contact the Reception (9) to request assistance.

Our hotel rooms are equipped with individually adjustable heating and cooling units. The indoor units in the rooms can be controlled by remote control. Please leave the remote control at the reception when you leave. Please contact the Reception (9).

Check in
Hotel rooms can be booked from 14.00 on the day of arrival. Early arrival is subject to availability and subject to a surcharge. All guests are required to check in at the hotel and provide proof of their identity when called upon at the reception. By checking in, our Guests accept the Hotel’s Terms and Conditions, which are available on our website www.baratsag.hu at the time of booking and at the Reception upon arrival.

Child-friendly facilities
Cots and baby cots are available at Reception (9) and high chairs are available in the restaurant. There is a baby pool in the bathing hall, a playground in the hotel garden and a children’s playground next to the lobby bar.

Damages
Our guests are liable for damages caused to the hotel, other guests or third parties. The hotel is only liable for high value property and cash if the hotel has received it for safekeeping.
Daily cleaning
Rooms are cleaned every day by our staff, and linen can be changed on request. If you require extra cleaning, please contact the Reception (9)
Dietary meals
If you have different dietary requirements (vegetarian, food allergies, etc.), please let us know at the time of booking. Please also inform the reception or waitress on arrival.
Doctor's surgery
A rheumatologist is available every weekday in the spa corridor. Appointments can be booked at the dispatch desk (4024)
Electrical appliances
In the hotel room, the use of your own appliances such as a fridge, kettle, iron, etc. is FORBIDDEN and FORBIDDEN for fire safety reasons. If our colleagues are found to be using such appliances, they will be taken away for safekeeping and will only be returned on departure. Any damage resulting from use contrary to this prohibition will be charged to the person who caused it!

Lunchbox
For early departures, please ask at reception. Please make your request by 18:00 the day before.
Maintenance
Please report any equipment that is not working or needs repair to the hotel room’s Fault List or to Reception (9). Our staff are on duty from 8 am to 4 pm, except for the hours of the hotel. During on-call hours, it will take longer to start repairing the fault.
Massage
Our spa and wellness department offers a variety of massages for our guests. Appointments can be made at the reception (9) or at the reception (4024).
Medical on call
If you have a medical complaint or unexpected sickness, please contact a specialist. Our reception will be happy to advise you of the nearest doctor’s surgery, hospital or pharmacy. Enquiries at Reception (9).

Pets
We do not accept pets in our hotel after 01.03.2023.
Please do not disturb
If you would prefer not to be disturbed in your room, please place a “Please do not disturb” sign on the outside door handle. Cleaning and maintenance will be suspended when the sign is displayed. If your room has this sign all day, we will only provide room service at your request.

From the hotel room, the reception can be reached by pressing 9. To call from room to room: room number + 1000 (e.g. room 101 1101 or room 1001 2101). Guests can make external calls free of charge on the telephones at the reception. Please ask our reception staff for assistance.

You can tune the radio on your in-room television according to the channel assignment.
Restaurant
The restaurant is on the ground floor. Opening hours: every day from 07.00-21.00. he air-conditioned restaurant serves a buffet breakfast, a limited A’la carte lunch and a buffet dinner. All meals served can only be eaten in the restaurant. Payment methods: room credit, cash, credit card.
Please bring your room cards with you when you enter the restaurant. Bags cannot be brought into the restaurant and we cannot be held responsible for any luggage left in the restaurant.

Unique salt chamber in the basement of the spa. Treatment of skin and respiratory diseases, cough, asthma, hay fever, sleep disorders, allergies. Appointments can be made with the Dispatcher (4024) or at Reception (9).

Shoe cleaning cloths available on request at reception, and a shoe cleaning machine in the lobby of the ground floor lifts.
Smoking
Smoking is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in hotel rooms, balconies and common areas. Designated smoking areas are available in front of the main entrance and on the beach. The rooms and common areas are equipped with smoke detectors and their concealment is prohibited and a fire hazard. Non-compliance will result in a fine (50.000.-Ft) and termination of the service!

Spa and bath services
In the bathing hall there are two thermal pools with different temperatures (neck shower, waist shower), Kneipp cure pools, whirlpool, baby pool, sauna, steam bath and infrared sauna. In the garden of the hotel there is a medicinal pool open all year round and a swimming pool during the summer months. The hotel reserves the right to partially operate the pools in case of repairs or low guest numbers. Dining, smoking, eating food and ice cream in the pools is FORBIDDEN! Spa use
Please read our information about thermal water before using the spa. For your own safety, please adhere to the bathing times prescribed by your doctor. The use of thermal water is not recommended for children under 14 years of age!
On the day of arrival and departure, you can use the wellness area of the hotel only if you request an early and/or late check-out after prior arrangement.
Sewing kit

If you need laundry or cleaning services, please contact the Maid. Dry cleaning is done outside the house. Laundry bags are in the closet in the hotel room.
Weapon
Any qualified weapon may be brought into the entire hotel premises only with a permit issued by the authorities and must be kept in accordance with the regulations in force. If this cannot be complied with, the weapon may not be brought in.
